Petra Growth Fund III, L.P.

Petra Capital Partners is a Nashville, Tennessee-based growth capital investment firm founded in 1996 that has been a pioneer of the growth capital model, having invested more than $900 million in over 100 high-growth private companies. The firm is licensed as a Small Business Investment Company (SBIC) and was named SBIC of the Year in 2012. Petra invests up to $20 million of its own capital per company in non-control subordinated debt and/or preferred stock to support expansion, acquisition, buyout or recapitalization, focusing on business services, tech-enabled services and healthcare services companies with at least $10 million in revenue and positive EBITDA at the time of investment. Petra Growth Fund III closed in 2013 at $230 million.
